Lyon's university medical campus was the scene of Evelity's first field tests in early 2019. At the initiative of this laboratory of experiments: the Institute of Training in Physiotherapy for the Visually Impaired (IFMKDV), on the Rockefeller site. 

One year after the deployment of our all-disability indoors guidance solution, Nathalie Rivaux, the director of the institute, tells us about Evelity and its use by students in the Rockefeller University buildings!

Evelity has collaborated with RTM, the Marseille metro operator, to improve the physical accessibility of its 2 lines and 29 stations! Here is how the project went from the pilot phase to the deployment...

Our strongest desire is to support our clients in their mission to welcome people with disabilities. And to ensure that our solutions always perfectly meet the needs and uses of these audiences, we spend a lot of time meeting with them. It is in this context that we launched a study in July 2021 on the use of museums by visually impaired people in France.

This questionnaire included 15 questions on the following themes: their habits of visiting museums, their opinion on the tools made available for their accessibility, the obstacles encountered, and of course some demographic data to better know them. The study is based on 53 respondents and therefore in relation to the population our sample allows us to validate hypotheses at 90% with a margin of error of 11%. We present here the main results of this survey as well as the resulting analysis.

It just represents a means to an end: enabling users with disabilities to get around in complete autonomy!

At the end of February 2020, we already shared with you our joy of being selected as part of the 2020 Transit Tech Lab in New York City with our Evelity wayfinding app for people with disabilities. Today we are proud to announce that we launch a pilot on the NYC subway system. After going through all the stages of a tough selection, Evelity won the Accessibility challenge of the Transit Tech Lab.
