We have a great collaboration announcement to make for this new year! Our team is working on improving the visitor experience of the Maison Victor Hugo museum with the Evelity application. 

This magnificent museum, full of stories about the life of Victor Hugo, located on Place des Vosges in Paris, is a member of the Paris Museums group. For several years, it has been working towards granting access to universal culture for all. After implementing many measures towards inclusion for all, which resulted in being awarded with the 4 “Tourism and Disability” certification labels, the museum wanted to go even further.

The solution Evelity naturally became the obvious choice. We were on site a few days ago and we took the opportunity to interview Thierry Renaudin, general secretary and director of the "accessibility for all" project…

Successful user tests in the Lille metro

The pilot phase of the Lille metro deployment is going perfectly. The first stage is a great success.

Our teams have supervised the seven testers on a guidance experience between 2 metro stations. The Evelity application was praised by this first panel of testers made up of visually impaired people. This is obviously the most complex panel to guide. And yet, no less than 100% of the testers validated the use and benefits of such a solution within the Lille network. But that's not all, because they all want Evelity to be used in facilities and buildings beyond public transport and the metro in particular.

So the project is on the right track, no pun intended!

Lyon Medical University: an accessible campus!

Lyon's university medical campus was the scene of Evelity's first field tests in early 2019. At the initiative of this laboratory of experiments: the Institute of Training in Physiotherapy for the Visually Impaired (IFMKDV), on the Rockefeller site. 

One year after the deployment of our all-disability indoors guidance solution, Nathalie Rivaux, the director of the institute, tells us about Evelity and its use by students in the Rockefeller University buildings!
